To submit or not submit?

The county library is open recruiting this month. Dare I hand in an application even though I am employed? And should I do it now? How am I to know whether or not they'll like my application and want to hire me before I am ready to leave the other job *interpret after my Paris, UK trip*? (Not that I am so vain as to think that they'll jump hoops with joy after reading my application, I am sure it would look like tons of other applications...) There is another open recruitment month in September. Should I wait to do "apply" then?

Sigh, it isn't easy being a grown up.

Mel, you might want to consider taking a look on the county Web site to see if there is anything that might interest you.

thanks for the suggestion. I think I looked there last week. I didn't have the experience for the job I wanted to apply to. I'll have to remember to check there every week.

I think you should flip a coin to decide. (I'm not much good at decisions, either!)
