I read most of Rilla of Ingleside today. I cried all throughout the book. I always do, even though I know what's coming. I am beginning to think it may be my favorite of all the series - surpassing Anne of Avonlea and Anne's House of Dreams (though it must be remarked I cry often while reading the latter too). But now that obsession is over I should turn back to my other literary ambitions... (dare I?)

Love Rilla of Ingleside. I just reread it a few months ago but now I might have to have another go at it.

I generally reread the entire series every few years. It's so nice - yet bittersweet, since it's the last book - to end with Rilla.
